Label Counting & Inspection

Standard System Specifications for all model sizes:

• Count up to 75 labels per second at a maximum web speed of 100 meters per minute based on a 20mm long label with 2mm gaps between labels.
• Reel to reel counting via specially positioned and alligned tension rollers with external clutch tension control to prevent loose rolls. Roll tension is optimised for the label application process, reducing web breakages.
• High speed digital count diplay with built in logic. Displays count up to 99999 labels before reset.
• Manual speed control of 5-100 meters per minute via speed control potentiometer.
• 3-Phase motor with inverter and encoder feedback for constant speed control.
• Infra-Red (IR) sensor package for opaque type label counting.

An optional advanced hardware and software package unique to Reconcile Engineering Label Counters is available for accurately detecting missing labels and dispense counting exact quantities from the larger roll. This Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and touch-screen Human Machine Interface (HMI) package upgrades the standard machine platform to the most advanced label reconcilliation platform available in the market place.
