Automatic Rewind & Re-Count

Rewind and move beyond the standard

The standard label counter has one motor for counting labels in the forward direction. To rewind the roll to the original core on the standard machine the roll must be manually removed and flipped back on to the free running side of the machine.

This takes more time and involves more manual lifting for the operator. With the automatic rewind option the machine is supplied with two motors, one for forward counting and a second for rewinding the roll to the original core without having to remove the roll.

The machine also recounts the labels in rewind mode, confirming the original count and ensuring the correct copy orientation of the labels on the roll.
