Our solution overcomes limited space by moving 2 cards in tandem while utilising high end vision inspection systems to insure and verify centered and placement. Our solution is designed to be harmoniously incorporated into your existing machine control system, both electrically and mechanically.

Main system features:

• Upgrade to an existing line for packing card format products.
• Limited space led to development of a system that moves two cards at any one time to comple the pick-centre-place cycle and maintain high output.
• Card clasps in the packaging meant the card had to be manipulated in motion to achieve correct insertion.
• System also inspects cards to verify placement.
• Electrically & mechanically integrated into existing machine control system.
